Luxvoni Marketing Solutions, LLC has no obligation to refund your purchase price for any of Luxvoni Marketing Solutions, LLC products and services after the “cooling off period” under any circumstances including without limitation based on your dissatisfaction with our products and services, your non-use of services, your inability to satisfactorily adapt our products and services to your business needs, your inability to generate leads and revenue using Luxvoni Marketing Solutions, LLC products and services, or the fact that others are using similar services.

Luxvoni Marketing Solutions, LLC will take further legal action to resolve a charge-back with the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement Section: dispute resolution by mandatory binding arbitration and class action waiver that may be viewed at Terms and Conditions of Use.
